How we help

Donation Pool

#StayGay manages a donor pool for member organizations, which participating corporations and businesses can commit recurring donations to. We distribute these funds evenly among member organizations each quarter.

Corporate Oversight

It can be hard to field offers for corporate donations and partnerships when you don't know how authentic their motives are. We put in the work to determine how dedicated businesses really are to supporting our community all the way.

Year-Round Giving

We know how difficult it can be to rely on one month for a large portion of your contributions. #StayGay puts pressure on companies to contribute to organizations long-term and find new ways to partner outside of June.

Exposure

We help organizations place themselves on the map with the power of social media and community engagement. From cross-promotion to social media strategies and assets, we make sure that everyone gets heard.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to participate, organizations must:

Be a 501(c)(3) or 501(4) organization registered with the IRS. (Only 501(c)(3) organizations can receive funds through the donation pool)
Primarily serve LGBTQ+ individuals
Be located in and operate solely in the state of Florida
Not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, ethnicity, national origin, sex, age, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, HIV and/or STI status, disability, or any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law
Commit to sharing the #StayGay campaign on social media at least once each calendar month
